How would you feel about putting together a positive marketing plan for someone/a company you disliked?

How did you feel when you read the DQ’s for this week? Did you struggle with finding a positive reason to create a positive message for either one of them? The hope was that you did have a negative reaction to one of them and had to struggle to come up with something positive to say or at least neutral. This week I would like you to discuss how you felt about trying to come up with a positive message for the one you dislike. In your job, either now or in the future, you might have an assignment that you just absolutely refuse to do. Would you risk being fired if you absolutely put your foot down and said no? Would you risk not making a mortgage payment, not making a car payment, or not putting food on the table because of your principles? The answer could be yes or no depending on how far into your career you are. But talk about it this week:

How would you feel about putting together a positive marketing plan for someone/a company you disliked?
If you decided to do it, would you give it your all, just go through the motions, or try to sabotage it?
Would you put your foot down and risk being fired?
Give me three different examples of marketing projects you would refuse to work on and describe why.
